Jeanneau Prestige 450 Fly – Seven Senses
Very neat Prestige 450 Fly from 2015 / model year 2016 (first in water), first hand, German flag, EU VAT paid and with impeccable ship documentation and maintenance history. This MY is equipped with the Volvo Penta D6- IPS500 diesel engines, each with 370hp (910 hours, as of Dec. 2022) as well as a bow thruster, making navigation in narrow bays and ports a push-over. With a cruising speed of around 21kn, the engines run at around 3,000 rpm and a combined consumption of 100l/h, the maximum speed is around 28kn at 3,500 rpm. In addition to the bench seat with teak table, the spacious and teak-laid cockpit area also offers a small tender garage (currently 2.4m tender) with an integrated compressor and a stainless steel davit (removable) on the bathing platform to safely lower diving or bathing equipment to the water. On a total of 3 decks, this 450 Fly provides below deck 2 cabins with double bed and bathroom en-suite, on deck level a bright saloon with fully equipped kitchen and helm station and on the upper deck / flybridge – which in addition to the second helm station offers sunbathing and seating area with a separate teak table for all passengers – space for up to 12 people on board for sunbathing, swimming trips with friends and family around Mallorca or just for a relaxed get-together.
«Seven Senses» was fully serviced in December 2022, including engine and IPS service, generator service and new antifouling and anodes. The owner invested a total of 80,000€ in service work and «improvements» in 2022, including equipping the MY with a modern lithium battery system (8 x 150Ah), connected to the 3kW inverter, and purchasing new upholstery for the exterior. The mooring in RCN Palma can be rented if required (approx. 16,000€).
