Traditional, rustic, natural stone finca – carefully modernized – in a sublime location with two separate houses, its own olive plantation and fantastic views of Bonany and Petra
On a prime location – reachable from the main road via a path that is only accessible to residents of a total of 4 properties – this charming finca called “Son Fluixa” is located. In addition to the desirable location, it impresses with its modern design and high-quality furnishings with traditional mallorquin architecture, which is reflected not only outside but also inside of the different houses, for example by the high, visible beamed ceilings with clay tiles or the rustic natural stone walls. You enter Son Fluixa via an electric, solid access gate made of corten steel. Behind it you will find a picturesque, mature, mediterranean garden with beautiful trees – from cypresses, through oleander and bouganvillea hedges to the ancient holm oak, while in 2016 an olive plantation with 42 trees was additionally set, which makes it possible to produce and enjoy your own “oil from Mallorca”(d’O – Oli de Mallorca)! Outside you also can expect various, spacious terraces as sun lounge and dining areas, a very large pool with approx. 65 m² of water surface and pool shower as well as a sauna. The finca and the two houses consist of one floor. The main house offers a spacious living room with a built-in chimney, an open kitchen with a bar counter and a winter garden as a dining and lounge area with an additional chimney oven and fantastic views towards the monastery of Bonany. There also are two bedrooms, each with their own access to the terrace, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is a master with a free-standing bathtub and direct access to the exterior sauna area. There also is a small room actually used as an office. The main house is equipped with floor heating and air conditioning. An alarm system with video function and motion detectors is installed as well. The detached house Ca’n Pastor – located right next to the main house – has an open cooking, dining and living area with a chimney oven, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large, private terrace (patio), lockable with its own iron gate. In addition to the chimney oven, Ca’n Pastor is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The second additional house Ca’n Amore is a studio consisting of an open sleeping and living area with a pantry kitchen, a bathroom and a breakfast and evening terrace. Here, an air conditioning unit is used for both, heating and cooling. A separate technical, storage and utility room by the pool rounds off the space available in this unique finca. A private well ensures an excellent water supply. Electricity is received by the public grid, while gas from a central depot on the property is used to prepare hot water and operate the heating system.
