Privilege Marine Serie 5 – Yemaya
“A real Privilege to sail” – 50 feet of luxury and comfort for exacting owners. The quality of this shipyard with a well-deserved reputation is consistently high, which is illustrated not only by the design but also by the choice of materials for the deck and interior fittings. The Privilege Series 5, the successor to the 515, differs primarily in the extended hull, a new layout in the cockpit and the compact, clever and ergonomic deck plan, which also enables newcomers to actively set sail within a short time. This already defines the two significant features of the Privilege Series 5, “ease of handling” and “build quality”.
«Yemaya» was handed over to the current owner – first owner – in 2019, she sails under the German flag in private use, VAT has been paid (non-refundable). The shipyard, register and tax documents are complete, the same applies to the maintenance documents from January 2022. As owner’s version with a centrally located «master cabin» with a double bed (160 x 200) and an «en-suite» bathroom she offers in three other cabins, each with an “en-suite” bathroom, a total of seven berths, spread over both hulls. The stainless steel sliding doors separate the spacious, teak-laid aft deck area with helm station, tender davit and seating or sunbathing area from the light-flooded saloon, on the port side of which there is the fully equipped kitchen with high quality electro-domestic appliances and on the starboard side the living and dining area with an electrically lowerable saloon table and TV furniture. This sailing catamaran impresses with almost full equipment, the general condition can also be described as very good due to the little use and thorough care by the owner. «Yemaya» is in «turn-key-condition», visits are highly recommended and possible at any time.
«Yemaya» offers the «full package» – the berth in Mallorca, Marina Cala d’Or, can be taken over for rent for the coming years if of interest, a unique opportunity for the Balearic Islands, that due to the central location and the existing infrastructure in the nautical sector are the ideal starting point for sailing trips in the Mediterranean.
