Beneteau GT40 – Aimee
Very neat Beneteau GT40 from year of construction 2016, with German flag, EU-VAT. paid and with impeccable service history and ship documentation. This GT 40 is fitted with the largest engine option, the Volvo Penta D6 diesel engines, each with 370hp (only 280 hours as of Oct 2022), as well as joystick control for the sterndrives, making navigation within narrow bays and maneuvering in port a pushover. With a cruising speed of around 21kn, „Aimée“ runs at around 2,400rpm and a combined consumption of 54l/h, the maximum speed is around 36kn at 3,500rpm. In addition to the seating area with a teak table that can be converted into a sunbathing area on the aft deck, the bright and teak-laid cockpit area has a wetbar with grill and ice maker as well as a refrigerator aside so that all amenities can also be found on deck. The tender is stowed on two teak supports on the hydraulic bathing platform, the associated outboard motor on a teak bracket – safe and ready to hand – in the engine room. Below deck, „Aimée“ offers comfortable space for up to four people in two cabins, the spacious saloon with kitchenette – equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave – and a bathroom, even for longer trips. The necessary comfort is ensured by the air conditioning in connection with the generator (Onan, 4kW, 170 operating hours, as of Oct. 2022) and the installed multimedia system, consisting of TV and fusion radio with Bluetooth connection in the saloon. Constant maintenance (last 04/2022) as well as the retrofitting of the winter tarpaulin let this GT40 still «shine» today.
