Very neat Sunseeker Manhattan 53 Fly from 2013, first owner, German flag, EU-VAT paid and with impeccable ship documentation and maintenance history. This MY is equipped with the MAN R6-800 diesel engines, each with 800 hp (260 operating hours, as of Jan. 2023) and with a bow and stern thruster, linked to the modern joystick control at both helm stations, that make navigating in narrow bays and docking in port a push-over. With a cruising speed of around 20kn, the engines run at around 1,900 rpm and a combined consumption of 230l/h, the maximum speed is around 28kn at 2,300 rpm. In addition to the sunbathing area above the stern cabin, which is ideal as storage space for all kind of boat accessories, the spacious and teak-laid cockpit area also provides an electro-hydraulic gangway and a bathing platform that can be lowered to safely launch the dinghy (Williams 285 Turbo Jet, 2013, can be purchased separately) to water. On a total of 3 decks, this 53 Fly offers below deck 2 cabins with double bed and bathroom en-suite as well as a third cabin with two single beds opposite the fully equipped kitchen, on deck level a bright salon with TV- and separate seating area opposite the helm station and on the spacious flybridge – which in addition to the second helm offers sufficient sunbathing and seating area with a separate teak table for all passengers – space for up to 12 people on board for sunbathing, bathing trips with friends and family around Mallorca or just for a relaxed get-together.
