Volvo Joystick Control Available – Enhanced comfort is provided not only by the extensive list of optional equipment, such as the hydraulic bathing platform with an integrated teak-laid swimming ladder and the power inverter supplying 220V without the need to run a generator, but also by the Volvo manoeuvring joystick for the IPS650 drives. This system enables the skipper to maintain full control of the yacht at all times, even in challenging weather conditions.

“Buena Vista” is powered by two Volvo D6 IPS diesel engines, each delivering 480 HP, and features a Volvo manoeuvring joystick, making docking effortless. With a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 23 knots at around 2,500 rpm, the combined fuel consumption is approximately 100 l/h. A top speed of an impressive 40 knots makes this Fjord 44 a remarkably fast open cruiser. The yacht is fully laid in natural teak and offers all the amenities required to enjoy both relaxed day trips and extended cruising itineraries. Spread across two decks, the Fjord 44 Open provides:
On deck, a spacious cockpit area featuring a large sun pad with an electrically opening storage compartment (garage) beneath, as well as an easily deployable sun awning above. The cockpit also offers a generous seating area with two teak tables positioned opposite the well-equipped BBQ unit, allowing the “chef” to remain close to guests while enjoying al fresco dining aboard this unique walk-around yacht. The extended electro-hydraulic bathing platform, complete with an automatic teak-laid swimming ladder, not only facilitates easy access to the water but also provides ample space for securing and lifting the yacht’s tender on board. Forward, the generously sized bow sun pad offers a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying beautiful summer evenings with panoramic 360-degree views.
Below deck, the accommodation comprises a spacious full-beam owner’s cabin forward with a double bed and ample storage capacity for extended voyages. A second guest cabin aft offers two single beds, while the bathroom impresses with its large, separate shower compartment. A level of comfort that truly sets the benchmark.
The berth in Marina Cala d’Or, Mallorca, is available for transfer by rental agreement. The boat has been fully serviced in June, 2026.
