Joystick control available – Increased comfort is provided not only by the extensive list of additional equipment, such as air conditioning in both cabins, a hydraulic bathing platform, a teak-laid gangway, and a power inverter supplying 220V without the need to run the generator, but also by the installed Cummins maneuvering joystick. By combining the bow and stern thrusters with the shaft drive, it enables the skipper to maintain full control at all times – even in challenging weather conditions.
As-new 2022 Austin Parker 44 Ibiza, delivered as a demo unit with a 2-year shipyard warranty. Currently under provisional Italian registration, offered EU VAT not paid (net price), with optional berth available in Mallorca.
“Blue” is equipped with two powerful Cummins diesel engines, each producing 550 HP, as well as a manoeuvring joystick that integrates the bow and stern thrusters, making docking effortless. With a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 24 knots at around 2,500 rpm, the combined fuel consumption is about 120 l/h. The yacht reaches an impressive top speed of 36 knots at 3,300 rpm, making this Austin Parker 44 Ibiza a remarkably fast open cruiser. On deck level, a spacious cockpit area that – in addition to the large sun pad with storage locker beneath and a manual sun awning above – provides a comfortable seating area with two height-adjustable teak tables. With the BBQ unit located directly alongside, the “chef” remains close to the guests while enjoying al fresco dining aboard this unique walk-around yacht. The electro-hydraulic bathing platform not only facilitates easy reboarding after a swim, but also provides ample space for securing and effortlessly lifting the yacht’s tender onboard. The teak-laid electro-hydraulic gangway ensures convenient access to the yacht, while the two side doors in the hull allow smooth boarding and disembarkation when moored alongside. On the foredeck, a generously sized bow sun pad invites relaxation. This area has been specifically designed to enjoy beautiful summer evenings with uninterrupted 360-degree views.
Below deck, a spacious lower saloon with generous beam and ample headroom is complemented by an integrated full-beam master cabin featuring a large double bed and abundant storage, ensuring comfort even on extended voyages. The en-suite bathroom stands out within this model range thanks to its large, separate shower cabin. A second double cabin can serve either as additional storage space or accommodate family members.
