Fjord 41XL – Little Beau
Gyro stabilization system (Quick Gyro X10) available – Increased comfort not only due to the long list of extra equipment, such as the mediterranean air conditioning in all cabins, the hydraulic bathing platform with an integrated, teak-laid ladder or the power inverter to dispose of 220V without running the generator, but also due to the installed Volvo maneuvering joystick for the new Volvo DPI stern drives, which enables the skipper to always keep full control – even in difficult weather conditions.

“Little Beau” is equipped with two powerful Volvo D6 diesel engines, each with 440 HP, as well as manoeuvering joystick and bow thruster making docking a push-over. With a comfortable cruising speed of around 23kn at approximately 2.750 rpm a range of over 200 nm is achieved (with a 10% fuel reserve), the maximum speed is an impressive 39 kn making this 41XL a very fast open cruiser. This model was completely laid with natural teak and features all amenties one considers necessary to enjoy either a short day trip or an extensive travel itinerary. On deck level a spacious cockpit area that – in addition to the large sun pad with storage lockers below and a fully retractable sun awning on top – offers a seating area with two, electrically height-adjustable teak tables, that can also be fitted with an additional cushion to create an ever larger sun pad, if desired. With the BBQ furniture directly aside the “chef” stays close to his guests enjoying the “al-fresco” dining on this unique walk-around yacht. The extended, electro-hydraulic bathing platform with an automatic, teak-laid ladder not only facilitates getting back on board after a swim but also provides sufficient space to secure & easily lift the yacht’s tender on board. On the foredeck the generously designed bow sun pad with the easy-to-assemble canvas is found. This area has been especially set up to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a 360-degree view.
Below deck a beamy, lower deck saloon with plenty of headroom as well as a drawer type fridge, two full beam cabins (Master and VIP), both with a large double bed and adequate storage capacities to ensure comfort also during long voyages, and the bathroom that stands out on this range of available models due to its large, separate shower cabin. A level of comfort that sets the benchmark! The berth in Marina Cala Dor, Mallorca, can be taken over for rent, if desired.
